forums to be held on October 15 and 16, 2008, in Dallas and Houston, Texas,
respectively.
On Wednesday, October 15, UMH and its sister REIT, Monmouth Real Estate

Dallas, Texas, at the Adolphus Hotel at 12:00 Noon.
In addition, on Thursday, October 16, the companies will host an
Investors' Forum in Houston, Texas, at the Four Seasons Hotel at 12:00 Noon.
