The 2019 Land-Lease Community of the Year Award was presented to Memphis Blues, located in Memphis, Tennessee. This 39 site all-age community is the first all-rental community in the industry. Memphis Blues is a gated community with numerous amenities including a clubhouse, playground, business center, outdoor patio, and dog park. Once fully developed, the community will contain approximately 144 homesites.
